Recovery from wrist plate and screws surgery

hi everyone

just hoping that someone will see this and share some experience and maybe advice on recovery from a wrist surgery that needed plate and screws.

I know everyone is different but I am 1 month after the surgery, only have a removable brace now, but the wrist is still extremely stiff, even though not that painful. trying to do some finger flexing exercises as advised but it's near to impossible.

I am probably too impatient...

      thank you for replying.

      still stiff and weak but using the wrist much more , started physio and very painful but the physio says it is improving. the recovery from a wrist injury is apparently very long. have you got similar experience?

      I fractured my humerus in 3 places in summer and it took 6 months to feel anything like better. Physio is by far the best thing for healing so just keep it it up and hang on in there x
