Hello, some positive news for anyone battling anxiety on medication.

After 12 months of Sertraline and Mirtazapine dose combination trial and error I have had a whole week of feeling good every day and even ref’d a youth football pre-season friendly this afternoon. Never give up hope of feeling better......

Hi thank you for this im also on both of these drugs 30mg mirtazapine and 50 sertraline im contemplating reducing mirtazapine though to see if the reduction helps with sleep as this is still poor

lovely to read a success story x

Yes. Mirtazapine is more sedating the lower the dose so 22.5mg or even 15mg should improve sleep. Mirtazapine improved my sleep when i added it (amazingly even on 45mg at one stage). Some people find 30mg and above too activating.

Thank you. for your kind reply.

      But Pregabalin Im on,

I dont think is the same as Mertizapine.

As Dr said I could try that if Pregabalin didnt work.

I think Pregabalin is same as Lycra . spelt wrong

I pray that it continues. I am still trying to get to my stable place. I cannot tell you how happy I am that you are there now. Every success story brings me some peace, even if it is not my own....
