So I've been on 15mg a week with 10mg prednisone tapering 1 mg per week now... so just started getting bright red bleeding with BM and today there are clots....oh goody.... so I called Dr Friday and they never called back, not too happy about that....anyone else have this experience? I'm 65 and just got diagnosed with PA

Bright red bleeding etc would mean I'd be off to the hospital right now, especially as they've not rung back. I wouldn't hang around.

It's stopped today but def. going to get colonoscopy, I'm so discouraged the treatment makes me feel better 2 days out of seven now this happens...

I'm the opposite, feel dreadful two days out of seven and ok-ish for the rest. Much better now on folic acid six days per week.
