rectal pain during period! help :(

For some time now ive had really bad periods and have been referred for a laparoscopy to see if i have endometriosis. Ive been experiencing extreme menstrual cramps, infertility, pain during sex, pain during urination, and pain in my bottom. Only recently the pain in my bottom has been bad. i get shooting pains up my rectum and alot of the time when im on my period it hurts my rectum when i sit down like a pressure pain thats quite sharp, it hurts quite alot. today its been really hurting to walk and sit down etc due to this awful pain in my rectum and im really worried. i suffer from severe anxiety so you can imagine my mind is working overtime. i know i have the laparoscopy soon but this anal pain is so so uncomfortable and painful and i havent found anywhere on these pages where people have experienced them same thing. would really appeciate it if someone could give me some help. im so scared

    edit: not sure if its worth mentioning but also i have one polycystic ovary and a bicornuate uterus! thanks in advance smile
