Hi I have been having problems with my anus as in its itchy sore, feels like its swelling after I poop and is sometimes hard passing on the toilet with blood some times. I cant get to doctors at the time but I have included a photo in case that helps, i just dont know what's up.

you may have internal piles. Try to see your doctor but in the mean time have a look in your chemist/pharmacy or Boots the chemist if you are in UK.You will find lots of medications that may help, but its best to see your doctor
