I accidently lifted my dog in a split second reaction. She is about 11 kg. It was momentary but I'm having a little extra pain right now and I'm feeling really upset with myself. I'm. Wondering if I've jeopardised the success of my surgery. Feeling very down about it. Any thoughts?

Dont worry. You have learned that you really mustnt lift anything over 2kg for several weeks. Take some painkillers and rest with your feet up for a few days.
