I had my appointment today where it was confirmed i have a rectocele and mild bladder prolapse. i am on the wait list for surgery for rectocele and possible bladder prolapse repair. this is being done as day surgery. has anyone any experience of this being done as day surgery and what can i expect? thanks

no Mary my Urogynacologist wont do them as day surgery only inpatient. some do it but it depyon the surgeon.
I personally think yiu should stay overnight considering yiu may have both repaired.
when I gad my first anterior I stayed overnight.
my tvh was 2 nights. I will need my back wall done but managing for now on suppositories.
its nevervending hun being a menopausal lady lol.
