i had a rectocele repair nearly two years ago and now i am having the same problems as before can this be possible

Yes it can. Especially if you dont have soft stools and have to strain to 'go'.It may be in the same place or it may occur in a different patch of vagina, sometimes higher. Do you do pelvic floor exercises?
