Rectocele happening again

hi i had a rectocele repair just over 2 years ago and now it has returned ,has anyone else experienced this

it happens in about 30% of women and its often because of straining to pass motions or not passing a motion at least on alternate days and becoming constipated. If the rectocele that you can feel is not too bad at the moment can you take a mild laxative to coax your bowel into a regular habit?
