Hello ladies, I’ve been dealing with bv since I was 15 , I’m now 23. It came back after every period and every time I had sex, I literally researched my life away trying to find the cure.. I’ve tried ACV , hydrogen peroxide , vaginal inserts with different pills / vitamins, rephresh, tried changing my diet, probiotics, antibiotics.. after trying everything I’ve found this combo works the best for me: vitamin d3 5000 , folic acid 800mg, a very strong probiotic (I use 25billion ultimate flora) and drinking lots of water. The first few days of starting this regimen I drank WARM lemon water about 4-5 glasses per day and make sure you sip it , don’t just chug it because it will make you pee often like you’re flushing your system rather than letting the lemon work it’s magic.. so be patient. Make sure to drink regular water in between as well because too much lemon water will actually dehydrate you. Continue drinking the lemon water with your pills for a few days and I promise you will notice the difference. I didn’t notice a big change the first day and I felt like just giving up because I’ve already tried so many things and it never goes away but with persistence and prayer..lol.. I kept doing it and it’s been about a week now and I have NO SMELL NO DISCHARGE and I’m convinced after almost 10 years IM FINALLY BV FREE!!!!!!

Side notes that are also reaallllyy important to your vaginal health is DO NOT stick anything up your lady parts! In my experience every time I douched(with hydrogen peroxide, vinegar, crushed up probiotics) it didn’t fix it only covered it up so don’t even bother also sticking acidophilus or probiotics up there made it worse for me I’m guessing it was from the actually capsule irritating my insides. Most importantly try to stay away from junk food/ processed foods/ sugary foods basically anything that shouldn’t be in your body don’t put it in there. Once in awhile is okay but for the most part stay healthy and it will pay off!

I hope you ladies give this a try and just remember to be strong and patient!

I wish I could find something that works for me. I've tried so many things and I can't get rid of this horrible odor!

Thanks so much for the tip! I am starting to realize inserting boric acid and other things vaginally does not help. I am going to stop inserting things vaginally, I also tried everything you mentioned^ nothing worked. I am going to give this regimen a try. I’m hoping and praying it works 🙏 I have to get back to living my life and not hiding in the shadows and being depressed and anxious 24/7. Congrats to you, I hope you remain BV free.

I do this every single day and I’m still free of the odor, I have a little discharge but it’s clear/white so I’m not bothered by it. The main thing for me was the smell, and it’s gone! The odor didn’t disappear until about 4-5 days into this routine

    Hello!

I wanted to give your regimen a try so I went to the drug store but only could find vitamin d3 1000 IU so does that mean I take 5? Also could only find Folic Acid 100mcg so do I take 8? The Pribiotic I found was 10 billion so I am just going to take 2 of those. Is it okay to take all these at once?

Thanks!! Really wanting to get rid of BV.

I think taking all those at once isn’t a good idea, maybe try to find a different pharmacy or drug store that carries the right kind because I don’t want you to hurt yourself taking those many pills. Maybe you should just try what you have and if it doesn’t work then go get stronger pills
