Recurrent Epididymitis after unprotected sex 2 years back

Hi,

I had an uprotected oral 2 years back on 24 Feb 2019 with a sex worker, 2 months after the encounter, I was diagnosed with Epididymitis in left testicle, I was given Ofloxacin for 3 days twice a day. The doctor didn't knew about the incident nor I was aware of any STI other than HIV and I knew it can't be spread orally. Epididymitis was confirmed by ultrasound and the resolution of it was also confirmed as pain was not going i went for multiple ultrasound after the incident but nothing was diagnosed, doctor suggested that as there is nothing can be find don't pay much attention to pain it will go away soon and pain was not much. There was one more along it sore throat, got it checked too, at this point I was aware of STI's as I was being shy I didn't told any doctor about the incident but asked the doctors if there is any sign of STI's there was none. Finally it was diagnosed it's due to sinusitis and GRED, my sore throat resolved after 1.5 years, no sinusitis operation till now, I am just taking care of my tummy more.

Different city now, the testicle pain was also almost gone but suddenly one there was pain in right one 5 months, sharp continuous pain which reduced to almost 5% the next day, I went for checkup the testicle was tender but ultrasound showed everything normal, the doctor gave Augmentin 625 but I didn't took as there was nothing in ultrasound and pain was gone too.

12 days ago there was again pain in right testicle I went for ultrasound again diagnosed with Epididymitis in right testicle, the urine was foamy too, doc gave me Augmentin 625 + doxy 100 twice a day for 5 days, but I took it for 10 just to be sure. There was no pain but as soon as I stopped ( 2 days ago) my medicine and mastrubated there is a pain in my left testicles the Epididymitis feels kind of swollen too. The foam in urine is gone but the pain isn't, it increasing daily and worse at night. I am wearing supporter from last 5 days in day time.

I tested myself for STI's in Feb 2020

1. Blood for HIV, Herps, hep-b,c
2. VLDR for Syphilis also TPHA
3. Real time PCR for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea ( morning urine)

All results were negative

I went for self test for STI's in Nov 2020

1. Blood for HIV, Herps, hep-b,c
2. VLDR for Syphilis also TPHA, ELISA for Syphilis
3. Real time PCR for Gonorrhea ( normal urine)
4. Blood test for Chlamydia
5. Normal through culture

All results were negative

But it can be? Should I go for any other test, is it possible if my first Epididymitis was due to sti then how come only Epididymitis got fixed? I know what I did was wrong and stupid but I suffered a lot of it, please help.
