Recurrent GBS/CIDP After Fall?

Has anyone experienced a fall that resulted in a case of GBS or CIDP? I was recovering from small nerve fiber damage following a vaccine i received 3 months ago when I fell on my back on pavement while walking my dog on a wet day 10 days ago. They believe I suffered a mild concussion but no apparent broken bones or internal injuries. The swelling and scrapes with my elbows are healing along with the tightness and soreness in my back. I don't have as much lightheadedness or aching in my head however I have been experiencing some feelings of numbness and weakness indicative of my past case of mild GBS. Seven years ago, I had a TDAP vaccine and a week and a half later had what was believed to be a mild case of GBS. If this would happen to be a recurrent milder case, can I recover without a diagnosis and medication? I had to recover previously with it running it's course and me doing months of Physical Therapy. I can't believe this has happened to me.
