Recurrent uti

specimen came back e coli.  Had two sets of notrofurentoin then amoxicillin but three weeks later not gone.on warfarin so strong antiobiotics seem contraindicated. Not allowed any cranberry on it either. Nearly going round bend with it can anyone help

    Some cephalosporin antibiotics are ok with warfarin.  As you doctor about Cefuroxime.  That was the only one that cured my ecoli and I was on it for a couple months.  How long did you take the nitrofurantoin?

      It was six days for course.  Will ask about cefuroxime with warfarin
