Recurring Abdominal Pain After Deep, Painful Massage 3 Months Ago

Over 3 months ago I got Active Release Therapy (ART) to my hip flexors on the left hand side about 2 inches from midline.

While he was doing it it has been extremely painful.  I should have stopped him.

It hurt for a month after alot, I even went into the ER where they did a CAT scan looking for damage to the intestines/colon im thinking.

The CAT scan was clear.

However now I get recurring pain in the area especially when i have a sore stomach and it is tender to touch.

It does come and go.

Is this muscular?  Did infact he do damage to something in the area?  

I am worried about this.
