Recurring firm skin coloured pimples on inner thigh. Herpes?

For the past 6 months I have been having these skin coloured bumps, that are in a cluster and recur on my inner thigh. They never fill with fluid, and I have no symptoms in the vagina. Sometimes they go away within 24 hours, sometimes a week. Sometimes when it dries, it dries as a shiny scale on the skin. Could it be herpes? Or something else? Two doctors in sexual health clinics have looked at it and said it's definitely not, however I haven't had a blood test yet. The doctor said it could be eczema

    It's hard for anyone here to offer advice without seeing a pic, but if two doctors at sexual health clinics have said it isn't herpes, then they're almost certainly right.

      You need to be on a PC or laptop with a large window to add pictures.  If you are, then you should see some extra icons towards the top right of where you type, and the right hand icon (which I think is supposed to look like the sun over hills) will add images.
