Recurring Full Body Tremors And Other Symptoms

Hello, I am a 27 year old male from Texas and have been suffering from this condition on and off for about a year now.
Every few weeks I wake in the middle of the night and experience full body tremors/shakes that start shortly after waking, along with high anxiety and a feeling of dread. With exception to once or twice, this has always happened at night. The shakes typically last around 15-30mins and slight nausea generally accompanies it, as well as a gurgling/upset gut feeling. I also sometimes get really bad cotton mouth when this happens. It's hard to tell which comes first, but the shakes seem to get worse or better based on my panic level.
Last night I awoke to go to the bathroom and I had a sharp migraine on my temples, I don't think I've ever experienced a true migraine, at least not like this. It made it hard to even keep my eyes open. I don't know if it's even related to the issues I've had, but all of the above symptoms started shortly after I got up. I also awoke in a sweat and fatigued the next morning and have felt on edge and unwell all day. Some of my muscles feel drained and crampy. Also feeling a slight pressure at several points my face, mostly around my cheek bones and temples, which comes and goes. It's not painful, it just feels like a light object is resting on my face.
Other details I'd like to include..
I've been on and off of the Keto diet over the last year and have been currently trying to get back into ketosis over the last 2 weeks, eating little to no carbs. I'm 6'3" and 275lbs (used to be 300+lbs), 31% body fat. I typically only sleep 6 hours a night and drink coffee and diet cola throughout the day. I have what I think is a swollen lymph node on the left side of my neck that has been there for months. It has subsided quite a bit but I can still feel it a little. I contracted COVID19 last year but was asymptomatic other than loss of smell. I'm a bit of a hypochondriac as well and obsess about health and the condition of my body. I take vitamins and supplements and try to eat as healthy as I can. I do not have any diagnosed major medical conditions, just allergies (cats and trees) and acid reflux/GERD issues somewhat frequently. I do not take any medications, only supplements which include a multivitamin, magnesium, COQ10, L Tyrosine, and krill/fish oil. The COQ10 and L Tyrosine supplements have only been taken for about 2 weeks. I find myself stressed about life, overwhelmed, and aggravated often. I don't know if any of these details are relevant to what's going on, but these seemed worthy to share.
I'm just scared and am in a bad place and I'm questioning whether this is extreme anxiety causing physical symptoms, or I'm actually having real issues and am panicking about them. I feel like I should go see specialists, get a CT or MRI, full body check, but money has just been really tight and I can't afford insurance. I did get a full blood panel a couple months ago though, and all of my numbers were in good standing.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
