Recurring minor red rash on penis for a month straight

ive been using miconazole and it somewhat helps the symptoms have been coming and going as far as i know no std's and doctors wont test me for herpes but, i may way up to red blotches either widely spread or in small areas with miconazole or a good wash they can dissipate by the evening but will likely return soon i do best with 2 daily showers and a thorogh rinse of my head and miconazole once daily if i do not stay up to this i may get some smegma and smell. morning after my last sexual encounter classic bumpy balanitis look that went away in a day in a half but since has been flaring ul every 6 days please let me know if you had something similar // small town campus doctors very hard to reach image
