Recurring ovarian cyst help

Hello everyone!

I have been having functional ovarian cyst for past 9 months, one after the other. 2 of them ruptured and caused the worst pain of my life. My doctor put me on birth control pills for past 3 months and I still got a ruptured ovarian cyst on bcp.

I am still very young and without kids so trying to avoid surgery, have turned vegan but no luck so far.

Can anyone in similar boat suggest what finally worked to stop these nasty recurring ovarian cysts. TIA.
