Recurring Persistent Headache above right eye worse when I swallow or touch my nose

For the last few years, I keep getting a recurring headache that lasts for days and days and doesn't really respond to Advil or Tylenol. It is different from my usual headaches that I also get quite often, as it is located in a very specific spot above my right eyebrow, and it hurts worse when I swallow or sometimes when I touch my nose. It always hurts, but the pain becomes intense the moment I swallow, then goes back to the normal level of pain. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
