Recurring rash on pubic hair ONLY for about 4 years now!

Hopefully someone can help as this has been an ongoing issue already for about 4 years already. The rash has been the same ever since it started.

I live in a humid climate and I was just assuming this was caused by the heat and sweaty genital area. It occurs every 2 months or so and it only appears on my pubic hair and no other locations at all.

Btw, the first photo is from a different outbreak as with the other two photos.

it has the appearance of a skin rash caused by a probable allergen ... even excessive sweating in particular climatic periods combined with contact dermatitis, can give rise to epidermal rashes like yours. for a more detailed analysis the area should be analyzed by your doctor or in a dermatological center.

there is too little information to have a more targeted idea for your case

thank you so much for the help! it's very hard to get an appointment for a checkup due to our current lockdown. By any chance, can I provide you more information to have a better assessment?

Your help in this forum to people is highly appreciated!

nice to help you. unfortunately your case will be hard to analyze in distance because every picture can't give other information. is necessary a direct check with professional tools by health worker that take from the interested area epidermal tissue samples.

3 months after and I got a rash again and this time it's in the lower shaft of my penis. Also, it is on the right side now as opposed to my rash 3 months ago.

I haven't got the chance to have it checked up since I'm scared.

The following photos and video are during the second day of my rash.

    Any help is appreciated, please.

    Hi

This looks like genital herpes to me. You can see the clusters of blisters. They burst and then all scab over. Its certainly not a rash as the sores are very visible.
