Recurring Redness on Penis Glans. Please Help!

Dear All,

Please help me out with this problem.

For almost a year I had recurring redness on my penis glans.

I got tested for absolutely everything and every STD, and it is all negative. I went to a few doctors and they cannot seem to understand what the problem is because all my tests are fine.

Funny thing is that every time I put a normal topical cream like Cicalfate cream the redness goes away, but then always returns in a week.

Please please help me out, it is driving me crazy. I cannot find a solution nor a good diagnosis of what this can be.
