Recurring stomach issues

For the past three years, ive been eating irregularly and unhealthily. id skip two meals a day on weekdays, and only eat ramen or some other variation of junk food for that meal

my symptoms started around mid-2018. my stomach would make sounds randomly and just rumble and tremble. id also experience bouts of intense lower abdominal pain, followed by diarrhea, especially after eating spicy foods, but also certain times just out of nowhere.

in 2019, i started experiencing burping and flatulence often, especially burping. this would happen especially often when i start feeling hungry, and would just be consistent for the rest of the day. sometimes the burping would be accompanied by a sickening bloating sensation. ive also started experiencing burning in my upper stomach (which isnt painful) pretty randomly.

im wondering if this is a serious problem? do i have ibs or any other digestive problems because of my prior eating habits?

hello there sounds like gastritis could be the problem or it could be dyspepsia with GERD( gastroesophageal reflux disorder) which nothing too serious there are trearments available and you can get rid of it. i had chronic gastritis with GERD and it was very painful at times i had to quit eating soicy foods all together and no more gluten as that made it worse. go see GI dr and have him do colonoscopy and endoscopy just to be sure if its one of these or not. best of luck to you.

IBS or gastritis could be a possibility. Try eating three meals a day and cook from fresh, avoiding anything processed. See your doctor for tests and diagnosis.

Hi. From the symptoms you have mentioned here I would strongly suggest you check yourself for Helicobacter Pylori .This is a very common bacteria that many people have at some point of their life. If tests confirm this, a course of antibiotics should resolve the issue:).Hope it helps.
