Recurring vertigo... how to stop it I ve been diagnosed with BPPV n had done Epley meneuver ..

I ve been diagnosed with BPPV n had done Epley meneuver .. first few weeks after performing the symptoms subsided however after a month or I had rigorous vertigo attack (even committing)in the morn while sleepin My queries 1) can I do the EM when experiencing vertigo  2) Kindly suggests ways n means to stop it recurring  Thanks

    Not sure if this will be any help (I'm not a doctor), but I get the impression that BPPV can return and an Eply memeuver has to be repeated. However, I don't believe the theropy has to start from scratch, providing you don't leave it to long. (For me the theropy is where all the hard, slow work is). However, I do believe you have to get a fresh diagnosis.
