I've been suffering from yeast infection for almost 7 years now. I still don't know why it's recurring and keeps coming back. I've taken oral medicines before like Fluconazole and vaginal suppository like Neo-penotran forte, still, it keeps coming back.

if you take anti bionics it will cause yeast infection. it kills off all the good bacteria in your system and yeast takes over. start eating 3 yogurts daily this will help .
stay away from sugar it will also cause yeast growth.
