Recurring Yeast Infections A Week Before Period

So I've had a yeast infections before but for the past few years now, I've noticed a pattern.

About a week before my period, I've noticed a burning sensation near the opening of my vagina, generally localized to the right side. My symptoms include a bit of redness, excess discharge (sometimes clumpy and others not so much), and an itching sensation, both external and internal. Symptoms can last through my period, so I'll have a consistent burning sensation. I've gone to multiple doctors and they've treated it as a yeast infection. In the past, I've received doses of flucanozole or went the OTC route and I have felt better.

However, over the past three months I have consistently experienced the same symptoms in the same time frame, about a week before my period. I've gotten tested for STDs including gonorrhea, chlamydia, and BV. I tried a few doses of flucanozole but either the symptoms have persisted or they come back right around my period and flare up again. I worry that it could be HSV, however, I haven't seen any bumps and neither have the various doctors I've been to. They've noticed the redness but haven't been able to identify any bumps or open cuts even when symptoms have been terrible. I have noticed that symptoms can occur after I've worn thongs and tight pants, but to have the symptoms persist consistently like this has worried. My doctor did say that women can have symptoms or get yeast infections right before their period as well and besides flucanzole recommended coconut oil. Just curious if anyone else has the same symptoms and has found any relief.

Just following up to see if anyone has similar symptoms! I keep getting anxiety every time I get symptoms but each doc visit is inconclusive or they just give me doses of flucanazole which have and have not worked.
