red bump on glans meatus for more than 1.5 years, not improving

hello, I have been with this red bump/inflammation in my penis/glans for more than 1.5 years, it started in January 2022 and it has been worsening through today (Juy 2023). The inflammation comes with small pain once for 1-3 hours per day, even if I am sitting.

Facts:

  1. I have tested negative for all STDs, I only tested positive for syphilis in October 2022, I took 3 shots of penicillin G weekly as prescribed by the doctor. I thought the symptons were going away after this but it has been worsening, 5 doctors believe my current symptons/inflammation has nothing to do with the syphilis I had.
  2. In December 2022, I also took bactrim for 14 days as 1 of the doctors thought I had high levels of E. coli. Symptoms did not improve after this treatment either.
  3. In February 2023, I took doxiciline for 10 days and azytromizine for 3 more days as symptons did not go away with previous treatments.
  4. April 2023 I took fluconazol and clotrimazole-betamethasol. Symtoms persisted after treatment.
  5. Doctors believe this is not an STD
  6. Doctors believe this is not cancer, however, they recommend a biopsy as this will be the only way to confirm.
  7. Doctors don't know what this is or how to cure it, they just recommend do nothing and continue regular life.
  8. Its been a long time since all this started and I am tired of the pain and also the psychological problems that this problem can cause in my sexual life, with my girlfriend, not to mention that I see the inflammation getting worse as time goes by.
  9. I have been with around 10 prostitutes in my entire life, so I am not sure if I got it from any of them.

please help
