I got it like a few days ago but haven't bought anything to treat it yet. I feel like it's from washing dishes without gloves cuz I have very sensitive skin but now idk how to treat it. Someone please help.

Looking at the photo you provided, it doesn't look like anything major, just a kind of callus or scarred rash.
I believe that a little skin moisturizer and wearing gloves when handling chemicals should do the trick.
