Would you describe the sex you had as particularly rough?
Are you saying you noticed the bumps even before your recent sex?
But now you ALSO have the swollen lump?
Do you use condoms for sex or unprotected?

The swelling will likely reduce in time as there is no particular reason or condition that would cause this, other than the fact that you engaged in sexual activity.
So the small red bumps that are all over your glans are a natural part of your penis, what may have occurred, and what has made them noticeable is that they are irritated. Balanitis is simply a name given to the presence of irritation and / or redness on the glans / head, foreskin or upper-part of the shaft of the penis.
Where the swelling exists this could have occurred because the skin became punctured during the sexual activity.
Irritation is caused by something or a combination of things the penis is in contact with - most common issues following unprotected vaginal sex are exposure to yeast / fungal infections, if you did anal then you risk a bacterial infection.
After this problems can be caused with things like actual Lubes or anything used as a lube during sex and or during masturbation.
What will most likely happen is that the bumps will become less irritated and the swelling will reduce over the next 3 weeks or so - as long as there is no further exposure to any form of irritant. Even some soaps and things like shower gel can be sufficient for the irritation to continue, either limit exposure to soap and shower gel to the upper part of your penis, or simply wash with water.

If you think there may be something else going on get a visual check from a medical professional such as your own doctor, at an STI / Sexual Health Clinic .....
