Red bumps on body

Recently, about a week ago i started breaking out in all of these red slightly itchy bumps on my body. Does anyone know what they are ?

They look like an allergy to something. Different food, different body wash, new pet, plant, new job, even stress can cause this sort of rash. Have a think. Anything new in your life? It could be the smallest thing.
If they spread and you feel unwell do consult your doctor but you could try an antihistamine once per day , which you should be able to get quite easily.

see a dermatologist or GP. if Iphone health service ask for appt for tele doc. its important to care for skin issues could be anything from a allergy to planter lichens.
