Hi,
I'm a 38 years old Asian male.
I have red bumps on the back and side of my neck.
What are they? Are they dangerous?

They are not dangerous but look like pustular acne.You need to see a doctor or dermatologist . You may need a course of antibiotics to clear it up. Dont squeeze or pick at them and wash the area and your hair every day.
