hello, i recently started developing these weird red shiny bumps in the tip of my penis. It started off by being a pimple like bump with white puss. then later, after popped, it would scab over. Now its inflamed and looks shiny red. It started of as one and now there growing on other parts of the tip of the penis. I also have a mild to severe itch on my inner and back of my thighs and buttocks. I experience no pain or itching on my penis. Just on my thighs. Only time i feel pain is when the scab gets torn off from having sex then the friction kind of burns.
Ive went to the doctors and got tested for everything and all results came back negative. Thinking maybe it was HSV, I got swabbed down there and came back negative. Just to be safe the doctor prescribed Valacyclovir and i been taking 1g for 3 weeks. Still no changes on my body. I got prescribed cephalexin and that somewhat helped my itch in my leg but the inflammation and the bumps on the penis are still there.
does anyone have any suggestions on what this could be and how I should treat it?

Dear shawn,
I need a more information from you to help confirm the diagnosis:
I suspect you may have scabies but it would help if you could provide more info as above.

Dear shawn,
Thanks for the update. It confirms my suspicions that you have scabies. Please Google scabies and check the condition yourself. Reliable sources of information are DermentNZ and Wikipedia. The pattern of distribution is not 'random'! Please read the descriptions from these reputable sources.
You and your (sex) partner/s need to be treated with 5% permethrin cream or 0.5% malathion lotion. Read the instructions carefully! For the scabetic nodules on the penis, try to apply crotamiton (Eurax) cream if this is available locally.
Rgds,
Adhari.
