Red bumps on tongue, please help!!

      Also my tongue is yellow, not sure why

    These are just the dead cells that cause red bumps and yellow color build up on your tongue not harmful. This condition improves by itself keep consuming water so that your tongue does not get dry because dry tongue causes this condition.
