Red circle on penis glans

I've had this red circle on my penis glans for over a month now. doesn't hurt or itch. Just painless and won't heal. Sometime it will look like it is healing and flake off the dry skin then it reveals a bright red skin underneath and just seems to keep repeating... Definitely can't be an STD as I haven't had sex since 2016 (crazy, i know)image

    I have the exact same thing from last 6-7 months and no solution so far.

      can u tell me any update on ur disease? i already have it like 2 weeks. or did u find the name for this disease?

      i tried all the treatment by doctor antifungal, antibacterial, steroid n recently my doctor told me to use tacrolimus cream for a month. its been 3 and half weeks I'm using this cream so far no change at all.it got very little bit fainter but that's it. hasn't resolved completely.

      Now, next week I think I'll do biopsy.

      alright thx for ur reply , i hope its nothing serious. get well soon bro. if this disease still didnt cured for 2 more weeks i might considering go to doctor too.

    Hi friends. is it possible for me to have a red spot that doesn't hurt, doesn't itch for more than a year on the glans? I have 4 different sized spots spread across the glans. it is a red spot that appears more visible after masturbation. could this be normal? or is it definitely a symptom of ist? when I press hard on the glans, the spot appears to be several red mini balls.

    i have similar issue, try not to masturbate for 2 weeks + , it should be less visible .

      Unfortunately no , i have similar red spots for more than 2 years now.

      I am sure mine is not a disease, they are not spreading. i started having mine after many sex and masturbation too often in a short period. So these are more like damaged skin on that area.

      I know they would be less visible and almost disappeared if i dont have sex / masturbate for a longer time , like 2 weeks +

      I would suggest try not to have sex / masturbate for a longer time see if yours have any improvement
