Red discoloration concern

a couple of weeks ago i noticed some discoloration on the head of my penis. i went to the urologist early this week, and they discovered another small spot on the backside of my shaft. he seemed unsure, but said it was likely some type of balanitis and to use an antifungal/steroid cream. i am nervous that it is cancer. it is not an std as i am in a vety committed relationship. im 41 and circumsized. the tip of my head has been stinging the last few days as well.

    This is almost exactly what my situation was when i went in. Turned out it was/is Psoriasis. Almost exactly, redness on the head and dry flaky patches in other places.

      Thats reassuring to hear that you had a similar experience. I considered psoriasis, but have never had it before so i kind of wrote it off, but it certainly seems possible. i cant tell yet if the anti fungal has helped. what, if anything, have you found that helped?
