red dots, and one painless bump on penis gland

Hi I have a few red dots on my penis gland, I have been to the clinic for a health check and the results were negative, the health worker said it was just changes in my gland, I went back again because I just felt I needed her to check again as the dots are affecting my mental health. Which she did and said the same , its changed over time sometimes it looks dry, then more dots have appeared and just last night a lump kind of dot appeared at the gland. Any advice would be a help, as the stress its giving me is making me ill.

no pain, no discharge, no itching , just very alarming and its been going on for 3 months +

Hi,
Did you get any answers I think I have the same thing! It came up for the first time 2 years ago and its back again.
Like you said, it keeps changing and stays for a few weeks?
