Red dots/itchiness after intercourse

hello everyone,

it never happens when I masturbate.

I always get this one day after intercourse. red dots appear everywhere plus it gets quite itchy.

I thought that it would be the symptoms of balanitis but why it would not happen when I masturbate.

I don't know whether I should use steroid or antifungal cream.

can a balanitis flare up after sex due to the friction?

any input would be greatly appreciated.

    this is just something to consider, it could be different from masturbation because vaginal fluids are very different from cream/oil for masturbation. penis is very sensitive and has a specific ecosystem of bacteria etc

    do you wash after sex? soap/shower gels can be the most irritating and dangerous thing for the penis and can cause balantis.

    otherwise the vaginal fluids could be irritating it...it could be to do with your partners fluids and how you personally react....are you monogamous?

    something to consider....
