Red dots on glans(or head of penis), no pain and itch

I am 21, I had these red Dots on my glans , it’s not painful and itchy, feels perfectly normal, and sometimes it’s fading, becoming not very invisible. But sometimes it’s there again like the pictures. Can someone professional tell me what is this ? I only had sexual contact with one person.

    Hi joe, if you masturbate with the grip of steel I would say you get these from the and there called Petechia, there just very small bruises from the strong grip your using.

    So if right just change to a feather light touch and slowly your get to ejaculations and no more spots.

      Thanks for your reply! But according to what you said, I have never used any tools to masturbate and hardly touched my glans during masturbation.

      Hio JKoe The grip of steel is the very hard grip a lot of guys seem to favour to masturbate with and it could be this that is causing your spots.

    Hi Joe they look perfectly normal. Just few stress marks nothing serious.
