Red dots on penile heads

Hi,

i had unprotected sex with somebody who is a virgin and red dots appear a day after it. it has been 4 days and there's no signs of it going away. should i be worried?

    And to elaborate a bit more, there's transparent pus if you squeeze each red spot

    I'm not sure about red spots, maybe fungal.

    But what is the round shape thing on your penis head? It has the color of skin and it's big.

      I had the round thingy on my penis head as long as I can remember it. maybe since I was 14 years old?

      The red spot is something that i got recently, so i am a bit worried. It keeps going away and coming back after sex.

      So see a doctor, and show him or her that thing.

      It can be wart, and you can treat it.

    something’s exactly like this going on with me as well,  at first i thought it was friction from sex/materbation because i got like a small wound sort of that would look like it was due to

    friction ...  someone help ?
