Red dots on penis after rough sex with little lubrication

after having sex like four times in a two hour span with a girl who had a recently shaved vagina, I developed a rash on my penis shaft, head, and lower stomach. i'm scared this is herpes, but it isn't painful and doesn't seem like blisters but rather slightly raised red dots. they appeared one day after sex. really nervous, already went to clinic and had bloodwork done. awaiting resultsimage
