Sorry for the pictures does not look nice I've been using the body soap for years and I'm washing my penis using water only. I feel scared because it sometimes feel sore pain on the penis. I've been to my clinic doctor several times and doctor gave me antibiotics and cream. It helps and the problem came back again. Doctor said is some kind of infection only because I didn't feel pain during urine. Seeking some advice here to have some better way to cure. The problems is been for 6 months

I take it you are not circumcised? You need to cover the head of your penis when you are taking a bath / shower to keep all chemicals away from the head of your penis. The other essential is you must wash with water only every time you urinate AND make sure you are 100% dry afterwards. YOU need your own towel to dry your penis only - so a small toweling facecloth us sufficient for this. Any clothing or towels that come into contact with your penis should be washed in Liquid Soap Flakes ONLY - if you live in the UK you can get this at most main supermarkets in their own brand names. You then use it in a washing machine, so doing ALL your clothes and towels with this is easy.
If you have had this issue it is time to get this sorted properly. No point in going back to the same Doctor as they should have sorted it. Are you in the UK or elsewhere in the world?
I would be seeing a different Doctor - or if possible a Dermatologist. If you cannot access either of these you need to get yourself along to a specialist Sexual Health Service - these exist in many countries in the larger cities. And NO, you don't have to have a condition related to having had sex with someone, they help people with all sorts of conditions on their genitals ...
Six months is too long to have a condition like this so you need to get it sorted!
