\Hi, I have a question about my lacrimal caruncle. I've been a dry eye patient for years, but I've never experienced something like this. Could someone help me understand possible causes? For more context, I recently finished my allergy medication drops and I'm feeling better, but this red thing in my eye isn't going away. I thought it might be allergic irritation, but could it be something else?!
