After terrible aniexty after quitting i woke up this morning and my slight red face and red palms were gone. I don't look pale just not red and again my aniexty has kicked in.
Has anyone experienced this?Should i be worried?

Your anxiety is likely to return with the drinking each time. Alcohol causes anxiety.
You are doing really well!

Recently i the heart beating fast or pounding has subsided so not sure if it is down to the stopping alcohol or it was aniexty but since my body is really cold especially my feet i was worried that there was maybe a problem with my circuallation? Although it could be my aniexty.

Alcohol itself OR alcohol withdrawal can cause many symptoms. The longer you stay off alcohol, the more of them will disappear but you should see your doctor about any that persist.

You have done it without a medical alcohol detox so you are struggling a little more with the anxiety than those who get the added benefot of the anxiety relief given by the Librium which is used for alcohol detox, but your anxiety WILL subside as you you keep away from alcohol. Any that is left after a couple of weeks without drinking can be dealt with in other ways but I think you will be pleasantly surprised by how much more relaxed you feel without the booze
Don't panic about your heart. I had a heart attack almost three years ago at age 47. That happened in the February and I was playing tennis and winning by the June. They can perform miracles with hearts these days
