Red fish-egg-looking thing after sex - is it because of new pill?

Hi, I'm a married guy in my mid-20s, and I'm a little worried about my wife. We have sex every night, and every few weeks when she washes afterward, a little red sphere with a black dot will come out. It looks exactly like a fish egg in salmon-roe sushi. She's not in pain and there's no blood, so she isn't worried about it - but I'm definitely worried.

She's also in mid-20s and she started daily birth control pills 1 year ago when we married. She's tried 3 types on pills since then; currently she takes Labellefille 28. The red spheres only started appearing 3 months ago, when she changed to Labellefille 28.

This website has info on Labellefille (https://healthytokyo.com/blog/birth-control-pills-in-japan-and-other-contraceptives-a-basic-guide/). Apparently it's multiphasic and uses Levonorgestrel, a type of progestin - but I don't know if it's a progestin-only-pill (which may not stop ovulation) or a combination pill (which would).

I'm hoping someone can explain why this is happening. I've got a hypothesis, but I'm not a doctor, so it's probably wrong. I'm guessing that Labellefille allows her egg to be fertilized, since there's always sperm inside her from nightly sex, but prevents the egg from sticking to the uterine wall, so no pregnancy, and it just rolls around in her uterus. When we have sex, the egg gets knocked out (I'm pretty big and she's very small), but nothing's broken, so no pain and no blood. Is this the most likely explanation, and should I be worried? Thanks.
