Yesterday I noticed this red spot on my arm. I'm a 27 year old female. This spot is not painful or itchy. When I tried to scratch the flaky parts off of it, it started to bleed. I haven't noticed any other spots on my body that look like this

not sure what it is but if it doesn't heal within a week or two I'd go visit a Dermatologist just to make sure everything checks out! Did you scrape your arm?
