Red Flat Painless marks on Penis Glans - had for several years

Hello,

I have multiple patches on my penis glans.

They are red and flat, almost just discolouration of the skin, and cause no irritation. They never flake or change size but they've never gotten smaller with treatment.

I've been to 4 different doctors all claiming its normal and nothing to worry about but aesthetically it's really getting me down as I've had them for my entire adult life. It's frustrating me that I'm never getting a diagnosis even if the marks are harmless.

I've been tested for STIs with nothing coming back positive. As far as I can remember I've had these marks before I was even sexually active.

I've tried treatments for Balanitis, psoriasis/dermatitis and thrush with no success.

The treatments I've tried so far are:

  1. Thorough washing with just water for prolonged period
  2. Moisturising daily with an eczema cream e.g Dermol500
  3. Steroid creams including Protopic etc..
  4. Thrush treatment including Canesten
  5. Retinol creams including Vitamin A serum and Cerave resurfacing serum

    6.Coconut oil

  6. No masturbating for long periods
  7. Keeping foreskin pulled back to dry out
  8. Probably some others I'm forgetting

I've attached pictures, hopefully they're clear enough.

Many thanksimageimage
