My glans is red and at the urethral opening it is is swollen, red and shiny. It does not burn or itchy, however my glans is super sensitive. When it is dry and I touch it it hurts and burns. I have this redness for a long time, but did not have sexual contact. When I am hard my foreskin, and especially the back of my glans turns very red, and the bottom of glans hurts sometimes.
What could it be?
