Im not really sure how long this has been going on for, but probably 4-5 months i think. The only symptom I have is the look and its a bit sensitive right there in the meatus, but other than that theres no pain, no irritation, etc... associated with it. I didnt really think much of it at first thought it would go away, but now im getting worried. Im a 17 year old dude and have tried searching up what the problem is but dont figure anything out. people say that they get tested and everything come back negative and others say you're going to have to live with it?? Please help me find the solution, it's extremely annoying and makes me sad because i dont want to have this thing. image image

I am also on accutane but im not sure if there's a correlation there or not. It started maybe a month after i started accutane.

Were you prescribed the accutane by a Medical professional ?

why were you prescribed it? Does the Dermatologist know that you have this issue now?

Yes you need to. Try phoning first and say you can provide a photo of how the Meatus looks now - I would suggest photo two of what you have posted and ask for his advice on what to do
