Red Inflamed spots on back of throat without any fever or sore throat

Hi Guys! just want to know if anyone else has this issue. i have had it since over 2 weeks

now where the back of my throat is inflamed with red spots and is causing alot of burning sensation. i dont have a fever nor do I have a sore throat. only thing is i am currently on lansoprazole 30mg once a day for silent acid reflux. i went to the Dr yesterday who prescribed 500mg Amoxillin for 5 days and today is my 2nd day.

anyone else has this issue???
