Red itchy enflamed skin under glans. Paper thin skin tears easily during sex. Very painful.

Hi. I've had this problem for years on and off. Ive been to doctors many times and have been prescribed antifungal creams and topical steroids which hasn't fixed the problem. The skin just under the head of my penis constantly develops a build up of smelly discharge and is paper thin and tears very easily during sex. It is very painful when it tears, especially when washing. The foreskin is often enflamed. If I dont shower once a day it becomes itchy with smelly build up. The glans is extremely sensitive and sometimes looks shiny and then wrinkled.

Reading other posts I think it might be balanitis.

I just want it gone.

    I've been having this issue albeit not as sensitive, but I have noticed that my foreksin is a little red and glans as well in small patches. has the dr ever said anything about std ? I havemt gone yet but I am thinking of going
