red itchy sore on toe that peels

i have had these red itchy sores on my toes not many like 2 one on the bottom of my big toe and another on the tip of my toe beside my big toe only on my right foot and they only itch when they start to peel when it peels it doesnt have any puss its almost like a blister but it doesnt have any fluid also when i peel the dead skin off the red spot it is really raw and hurts when it rubs on my sock ive searched it up it might be chilbaines but i have not seen anyone with chilbaines have the red spots peel any info or help would be appreciated i have been to a doctor and they thought it was staph they gave me cream and it didnt help
